Scope

These terms apply to your use of the App. Purchases are also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Health notice

The App is not intended for medical care or treatment. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have been told by a doctor not to exercise, please talk to your doctor before using it. If you feel pain or discomfort, stop right away.

Prohibited use

Copying, distributing, or selling the App's video, audio, or text without permission is prohibited.

Disclaimer

The operator is not liable for any damage arising from use of the App, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the operator's part.

Changes and discontinuation

We may change the content of the App or stop providing it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
